At Velour Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

How to return: Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
